VFD First Due Helper is a Chrome extension designed to automate repetitive form selections and apparatus checklist actions on First Due websites.
To provide its user-facing features, the extension can access and modify content on supported First Due pages. Depending on the report being completed, this may include website content, form data, incident information, patient information, and health-related information displayed in First Due.
This information is used only inside the user's browser to perform the workflow the user selected, such as filling report fields, inserting a narrative template, or marking apparatus checklist compartments.
The extension does not send First Due report data, patient data, form data, browsing activity, authentication information, or other user data to the developer or to third parties. It does not operate a developer-controlled server or analytics service, sell user data, use user data for advertising or profiling, or intentionally retain First Due report or patient data after the page interaction is complete.
The extension requests access only to supported First Due domains so that its content script can interact with those pages. The activeTab permission is used to send a user-selected workflow from the extension popup to the active First Due tab.
The extension runs a workflow only after the user clicks one of its workflow buttons. Users should review generated or modified report information before final submission. The extension does not automatically apply a user's signature or final certification.
Use of information accessed by this extension is limited to providing the extension's disclosed user-facing features and complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
